#reminder #note #calm #breathe I’ve had one of those days when everything seems annoying/overwhelming because I have so much going on and so much to get to or do. Once I wrote this down and took a moment to do some yoga it’s been easier. Reminders help me be more positive, I’m a self proclaimed realist but really always believe the worst will happen… positive thinking = positive results. Breathe and keep moving in all areas of life - work - play - health.
#transformationtuesday #nofilter #selfie ran my whole 1.5 mi route today! I did it! I’m a runner! After work I got my home workout - butt&arms here I come, lol. Anyways for transformation Tuesday I’ve got these green pants - in the upper right photo last July I couldn’t even zip them up… now 30 lbs down + muscle they are loose! They were a cheap thrift store find that were never one of my face but it’s great to prove my inches lost w/o a tape measure. I don’t like #’s or tracking cuz I’m afraid I’ll become obsessive like I have in the past, don’t want to get focused on the numbers, I want to focus on my body and how I feel. Getting curvier, stronger and happier :D
